Need help with a move? UTrucking can help you out, rain or shine. Every move is different. From just a few items to full apartments, our Apartment Moves service is designed to make off-campus living easy. All moves include our UTrucking kit (boxes, tape, and bubble wrap), designed to make your packing experience seamless. After packing, don't lift a finger as we help you get moved into your new place.
How To Sign Up
- Packing Supplies: Choose how many UTrucking kits you would like (each kit includes 5 boxes, tape, and bubble wrap). We deliver your kit to your door at least five days in advance of the move. The first kit is included with registration; each additional kit is $30.
- Secure your spot: Add this service to cart and proceed to checkout, where you will be able to secure a spot by selecting a pickup date, time, and address. At checkout, please add a note to the order to give us an idea of what to expect.
- Let us handle the rest! We come right to your door, so that you can enjoy the convenience of a hassle-free move.

Pricing
Our standard moving package is priced at $400, which includes a 2-person crew for 2 hours, a moving truck, and all necessary equipment. There are no trip fees or mileage charges for moves within 30 miles of WashU. The $400 also serves as both the minimum charge and required deposit. If your move extends beyond the initial 2 hours, additional time is billed at $65 per mover, per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments to ensure fair pricing.
When you register online, you’ll have the option to add UTrucking Kit(s) for $30/each. Each kit includes 5 sturdy boxes, packing tape, and bubble wrap, delivered to you in advance so you can pack at your own pace.
